As founder and driving force behind Innova, Mel leads with a vision to combine innovation and compassion in solving real-world challenges. Drawing from his experience in leading Autonomous Solutions Inc. (ASI), he brings innovations, strategy, and heart to every partnership, guiding Innova toward sustainable impact and lasting change.
Michael serves as Innova’s Executive Director, overseeing the daily operations and strategic initiatives. He works alongside the team and partners to strengthen programs. His focus on people, process, and impact helps connect daily work to Innova’s greater mission of creating mobility, opportunity, and hope to children and families around the world.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jed oversees all financial operations, reporting’s and compliance. He helps ensure transparency, accountability and sustainability across Innova’s philanthropic and production efforts, supporting the organization’s long-term mission and growth.
Cory supports Innova through strategic insight and organizational guidance. Drawing from his extensive leadership experience, he helps strengthen partnerships and long-term initiatives that keep Innova’s mission and values at the center of its growth.
Chelsey connects passionate donors with life-changing impact, fueling initiatives like the MOVA Cart and Beeline Wheelchairs. She builds partnerships that empower families, create dignified work, and give mobility to children in need.
Jayden tells Innova’s story to the world through social media and creative outreach. Working alongside the philanthropy team, she supports engagment and events that connect people to Innova’s mission of expanding mobility, opportunity, and hope.
Adam supports Innova with growth through investor relations and outreach. He builds and strengthens connections with partners and supporters, helping align resources and relationships, assisting in Innova’s mission of expanding mobility and opportunity around the world.
Mike supports the drive in identifying opportunities where mobility solutions are needed and coordinates efforts to turn new ideas into manufacturable products. As the lead designer for the Mova cart, Mike is thrilled to see the impact these products will have and the mobility we will create across the world.
Daniel provides support in Guatemala and works in collaboration with UFM students on market research, product improvement, and commercial positioning of Mova carts. He also contributes to strategic partnerships for product commercialization, with a focus on its social impact.
Jason Supports Innova’s ongoing efforts to improve design efficiency and cost optimization. His work helps ensure that each MOVA cart is built with quality, purpose, and sustainability in mind.
Based in Guatemala, Joseph brings ideas to life. Supporting Innova and Beeline through engineering design, manufacturing, and testing. Helping to bring the MOVA cart production from concept to reality
As Founder and Director of Beeline Wheelchairs, Innova’s manufacturing partner in Guatemala, Mark uses his 40 years of experience to lead with the design and production of high-quality, affordable wheelchairs for children and families in need.
Jonathan, as an ATP (Assistive Technology, wheelchairs), and Kristi, as a nurse, live and serve in Guatemala. Did you know that one of the largest unreached people groups are individuals with disabilities? Jonathan and Kristi are committed to reaching this people group through community development, compassionate care, practical skills training and the life-changing hope of the gospel.

Jeff Ferrin supports our mechanical design and warehouse setup, bringing structure and efficiency to Innova’s production process. His practical approach and technical insight strengthen the foundation for MOVA cart manufacturing
Mikey contributes to both product design and production efficiency within Innova’s MOVA cart program. In addition to developing build processes for assembly manuals used across teams, he brings practical insight and craftsmanship that help refine and improve steps for each stage in the build.
Cody contributes to Innova’s product design and mechanical development, helping shape the functional and structural elements of the MOVA cart. His creative problem-solving and technical insight support ongoing improvements that enhance performance, usability, and long-term reliability.
